I can't figure out the initial two digits, which apparently change depending on what mods and dlc you have installed. I have all the official dlc, dawnguard, hearthfire, and dragonborn. I am trying to drop the shards from my inventory but cannot figure out their proper i.d for use with the drop command.You need to wait for Katria to show up and talk to you before grabbing a shard and when placing them in the arrow statue. If she doesn't show up every time (out of the 4) it might break the quest. I would suggest reloading a save prior to getting the shard which Katria didn't appear.
